OUR mission

At the heidi cox team, our mission is use our in-depth knowledge of Denver’s neighborhoods, market trends, and local amenities to empower our clients to make confident and informed real estate decisions. We offer expert advice, share insider tips, and negotiate on their behalf, always keeping their best interests at heart. Ultimately, we believe that the true mark of excellence lies in the strength of the relationships we forge with our clients. We aim to build long-lasting connections, fostering a sense of loyalty and becoming their trusted advisors for years to come.

  • This is a hard one as there are so many great neighborhoods in Denver. But, Curtis Park will always have a special place in my heart because of the close knit community there. That being said, Park Hill is a close second. I recently moved to the neighborhood, and I love strolling the streets. I’m mesmerized by the beauty of the all of the tudor homes - my favorite architectural style.

  • Uchi for the experience and food, Bistro Vendome for french cuisine, and Yuan Wonton - simply amazing!

  • Hands down, Snowmass!

  • City Park is my favorite park in Denver. It offers so much for everyone.
